Julius Katemba
Project Director.
Writes:
The selected photos were taken on 28th March while I was taking Naboth home after being discharged here in kabala. You will see the old woman, his grandmother who is the one who cares for both Naboth and his sister and another lady who is their Aunt.
I am happy to see that Naboth can play with the ball so soon after being fitted with his prosthesis; I went ahead to their school and paid the school fees for Naboth and his sister for the whole year and later I went to field office where I signed in their visitor’s book.
From there I went to supervise Project Nursery Beds.

 Hello in Jesus Christ .
The old man you will see in glasses is our senior advisor and he is chairman at Rushoroza Catholic Parish,You can see Naboth Receiving his ball and you will observe how he has been playing and we took him to the hairdressers to have his head shaved with his sister, who also had her hair done; and after to hotel for supper We are  happy that Naboth can move and smile. Kigezi Home of orphans Has Decided to pay Naboth`s   school fees for the whole year with its little income.
The School fee was his major  problem as his father is unable to raise the necessary $2 .We are encouraging Naboth that loving education is best for him and he no longer sees himself as a Social misfit. Tomorrow I will be taking them to village where I am expecting to meet their grand mother with whom they will stay and also his aunt.

Otherwise for all of you who have found us here and are taking us to your hearts
May the Peace of Almighty remain with you now and for ever Julius Katemba

A New Leg for Naboth

Byaruhanga Naboth

BYARUHANGA NABOTH is one of the orphans among KIGEZI HOME OF ORPHANS PROJECT WITH ONE LEG and he moves about 4.5 KM from home to school. We request well-wishers who can help with artificial leg other than using that crutch/wooden leg which disturbs his arm at times
Recently we took Naboth to visit doctors in Kampala where he was measured for a prosthetic leg which he received on 21st March just gone
Here are some photographs we thought you might enjoy as Part of the work we are doing with these Orphaned Children.
